Hot Lunch Program

The Owen Public School Parent Council and volunteers coordinate the hot lunch delivery program as both a fun lunch option and a fundraiser for students. This optional program allows parents to pre-order "hot" meals, delivered by “The Lunch Lady” on Mondays and Fridays. This service is in addition to Thursday Pizza Day. For every meal purchased, The Lunch Lady gives back $0.25 to school council.

Ordering is open now, and the deadline for orders are:

8am Friday for Monday order

8am Thursday for Friday order

How do I order Hot Lunch?

 

To order hot lunch, parents must register on The Lunch Lady website, create an account, add their children, and complete any applicable allergy forms. Registration is required each school year, but once set up, future orders will be quick and easy.

To create an account:

 

• Go to https://order.lunchlady.ca/ , from top right menu click on “Register” > “Create Account”

• Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Owen

• Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “Orders”

Child Away or Sick?

 

You can cancel your order by 8am on the day of delivery (e.g. 7am Monday October 21, 7am Friday October 25, etc.). You will receive a credit towards future orders.
